The Wood Panelling Manufacturing industry manufactures a range of composite wood products made from a mixture of wooden boards, strands, chips or particles. Panels are made by mixing these wood pieces with resin and pressing them flat to form one solid piece. Products include veneer, plywood, trusses, I-joists, oriented strand board and particleboard; they differ from lumber in that they are processed in these ways rather than being sized and cut straight from logs.
